“From this ignoramus, spelling out signs, to the scientist who constructs hypotheses, the same intelligence is always at work – an intelligence that translates signs into other signs and proceeds by comparisons and illustrations in order to communicate its intellectual adventures and understand what another intelligence is endeavouring to communicate to it.
This poetic labour of translation is at the heart of all learning. (…)”

Interdisciplinary Designer | Creative Director

I design, I strategize, I build, I get feedback and I rebuild and sometimes, I co-build. In other words, I craft connections between disciplines, ideas, and people. Whether it’s branding, big-picture strategy, or sustainability, I thrive at the crossroads of science, design, and storytelling. My work isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about impact. With a background in industrial and open design, I turn ideas into real-world impactful solutions on analog and digital spheres.
What I Do Best:
Brand Strategy & Identity – Designed and led brand implementation for EU projects as well as corporates, scale ups and start ups. Managed a five-person team for four years, shaped identities and strategies for Birikim Engineering, BAS Industrial, and numerous businesses.
Creative Direction – Built, mentored, and led interdisciplinary team of developers, animators, and motion designers—to deliver branding, UX, and digital tools for 30+ companies. Balanced B2B relations, stakeholders, and creative vision.
Interdisciplinary Research – Partnered with Max Planck Institute to explore biomaterials. Dual MA in Open Design, where I deep-dived into collaborative research.
Material & System Design – From growing materials like mycelium and algae to experimenting with sustainable materials like wood and metal, or working with smart materials such as carbon fiber, I design at both macro and micro scales, always considering sustainability, situatedness and interconnectedness at the level of material ecologies.
The Journey So Far:
- Developed urban railway solutions for German Aerospace Center.
- Explored bio-based materials at Matters of Activity collaboration with Max Planck Institute, showcased 2 of my work at Humboldt Forum in Berlin.
- Co-founded Dolmusxpress, a bilingual art magazine connecting 50+ artists across Berlin & Ankara.
- Assembled & lead a creative team of five for four years under my initiative, delivered 30+ CI and digital solutions for sector leads in Ankara.
I believe in bold ideas, craftful execution, and the value of interdisciplinary work that bridges domains with purpose.
Let’s build something meaningful.
